C&R Creative Studios was established by bringing together production and development teams specializing in games, video, CG, web, animation, advertising, manga, novels, architecture, fashion, XR, and more. With approximately 2,000 creators, primarily full-time employees, it is one of Japan’s largest creative development studios. Built to serve not only the Japanese market but also global markets, the studio continues to evolve and expand its creative capabilities.

    • Opportunities for Full-Time Employment

      Employees may be introduced to full-time positions at client companies or offered permanent employment at our studio. We support diverse career paths, whether that means earning a client’s trust and joining their team or aiming for long-term employment within our studio.

    • Full Two-Day Weekend System (Saturday & Sunday Off)

      Including weekends off, we offer more than 120 days of holidays per year, including national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, special leave for milestone events, paid leave, maternity and childcare leave, menstrual leave, nursing care leave, and family care leave.

    • Remote Work & Reduced-Hour Schedules Available

      We welcome those who feel full-time work may be challenging but still wish to make use of their skills. Our flexible work environment allows you to balance your lifestyle and family circumstances while continuing your career.

      We regularly host studio-led events such as seminars and creator networking sessions, providing ample opportunities for skill development. Cross-department clubs—such as the Game Club, Dance Club, and Darts Club—are also popular and encourage interaction beyond team boundaries.

      Conveniently located in the Onarimon and Shimbashi area, our office offers excellent accessibility.
      With remote work in place, employees currently come into the office as needed, providing flexibility in how they work.
