We offer a wide range of services, from HMD implementation support to R&D collaboration and content development.
The Planet Design Studio XR Development Team is a team of XR specialists belonging to C&R Creative Studios.
We have been operating in the XR field since 2016 and have completed over 4,000 transactions to date.
We provide comprehensive support, from developing various XR content to hardware sales, consulting, recruitment, and DX promotion, helping to solve business challenges. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds, including those outside of XR, such as games and animation. With the mission of "improving the lifelong value of creators," we help them chart their optimal career paths through regular interviews and training.

Opportunities for Full-Time Employment
Employees may be introduced to full-time positions at client companies or offered permanent employment at our studio. We support diverse career paths, whether that means earning a client’s trust and joining their team or aiming for long-term employment within our studio.
Full Two-Day Weekend System (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Including weekends off, we offer more than 120 days of holidays per year, including national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, special leave for milestone events, paid leave, maternity and childcare leave, menstrual leave, nursing care leave, and family care leave.
Remote Work & Reduced-Hour Schedules Available
We welcome those who feel full-time work may be challenging but still wish to make use of their skills. Our flexible work environment allows you to balance your lifestyle and family circumstances while continuing your career.
In-House & External Study Groups, Social Events, and Club Activities
We regularly host studio-led events such as seminars and creator networking sessions, providing ample opportunities for skill development. Cross-department clubs—such as the Game Club, Dance Club, and Darts Club—are also popular and encourage interaction beyond team boundaries.
