Our goal is to become
the "technical art team of the industry"
in the game and CG field.

COYOTE 3DCG TECHNICAL ART TEAM is a team of Technical Artists (TAs) within C&R Creative Studios.
We continue to cultivate know-how in a variety of technical fields while providing technical support to various companies' game development and related fields.
By serving as a hub within the industry, we aim to prevent the Galapagos phenomenon and the need to reinvent the wheel, contributing to elevating and advancing the technical and production capabilities of creators and the industry as a whole.
What is CG Technical Support?
We provide broad support for technical art and workflow optimization in game and CG production.
From improving asset‑creation efficiency to building full production pipelines for entire projects, we offer the appropriate resources to address your specific development challenges.
In addition to hands‑on production work, our specialists support technical verification, R&D, and consulting across various domains.
We also offer flexible engagement options—including team size, on‑site or remote support—to match your operational needs.

Do you face challenges like these in your development workflow?
Here are some real-world examples of problem-solving solutions our Technical Artist (TA) team has provided.Case Studies
Creating costumes for multiple characters takes too much time…

Solution
A unified base-body data structure was designed, along with a custom Unity tool to automate costume variations.
This makes it possible to produce costumes at consistent quality in a much shorter time. Results
Costume production time for all characters was reduced to approximately one quarter.
Manual inconsistencies were also eliminated.Work in Maya is becoming overly complex and too dependent on individual workflows…

Solution
We developed batch tools to automatically process multiple Maya scenes, as well as tools for scene organization and motion list output.
Automation was further enhanced by integrating Houdini and Bifrost workflows. Results
Rigging-to-export tasks for a single character were reduced from half a day to just a few minutes.
No one can implement shaders that match the visual intent…

Solution
We interpret the artist’s intent and design shaders optimized for the game engine.
Results
The desired look is accurately reproduced in a real-time environment.
Producing cutscenes that demand film-level quality is a major challenge…

Solution
From rig construction—including auxiliary bones, dynamic bones, and facial rigs—to cloth simulation, we provide end-to-end support.
We deliver high-quality setups that can withstand complex cutscenes and special effects. Results
For cutscenes that require both realism and strong visual expression, we build robust data structures that preserve creative freedom without breaking.
This significantly reduces the coordination burden on animators and directors on site.
